Return & Refund Policy

At Nimalas, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.


1. When You Can Request a Return

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged in a way that affects its usability.

  • You received a different item or size than what you ordered.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp, Call, Email, or Website Support within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • A mandatory unboxing video must be provided when submitting your return request.

  • Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Complaints raised after 7–10 days from the dispatch date will not be considered.


3. A Note About Colors

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We appreciate your understanding.


4. If Your Item is Unavailable

  • We will suggest an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

  • If accepted, the alternative item will be shipped immediately.

  • If declined, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference.

All return and exchange cases are assessed individually at Nimalas' discretion.


5. Exchange Timeline

  • Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, exchanges are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products follow the same shipping schedule:

    • Tamil Nadu deliveries: 3 business days after dispatch.

    • Other states: 7 business days after dispatch.

    • Northern regions: 2–3 additional days may apply.

You will receive updated tracking details for your exchanged item via WhatsApp.


6. How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are issued either as credit returns or directly to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 2 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
