Refund policy
At Nimalas, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing and reliable service. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below are our guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Major Damage with Usability Issue / Wrong Item Sent (Size Different from the Order):
If you receive a product that is damaged in a way that affects usability, or you receive an incorrect size, you may request a return or refund.
2. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, you must raise a query through our support platforms (WhatsApp, Call, Email, or Website Support) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Unboxing video is mandatory for return consideration.
Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Shipment-related complaints raised after 7 - 10 days from the product dispatch date will not be entertained.
3. Color Disclaimer:
While we strive to show products as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution or lighting. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of color displayed on your device.
4. Responsibilities:
If the originally ordered product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of the same or lesser price.
Alternative Product Suggestion: If the alternative product is accepted, the order will be processed. If the alternative product is not accepted, a refund will be issued within 2 days.
If you choose a higher-priced item during exchange, the price difference must be paid before processing.
Nimalas reserves the right to assess each case individually and take the necessary steps at its discretion.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds are issued as credit returns only.
Refunds to your card/account may take 2 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
